      As the Ingeborg M. Goessl Lecturer in German Studies, I am responsible for     
        the German program at the University of Missouri - St. Louis.

      In addition to my responsibilities at UMSL, I am also completing my dissertation     
        at the University of Texas at Austin.

      These pages present a small glimpse into my academic work and interests.
